Time between 2 moonrises or moonsets

There was still a big bug in the Skyfield based almanac.

While PyEphem simply looks for the next event, internally Skyfield always requires providing a search timespan. There are about 24 hours and 50 minutes between 2 moonrises, and it varies a lot as it can be about 48 minutes more or less than that. So you have to search at least 26 hours to be sure to find the event.
