Using Ephem for LST estimation

Hi all, 

I am trying to estimate the local sidereal time for my location with following lines:

gatech = ephem.Observer()

gatech.lon, gatech.lat = '+82.5', '+32'

gatech.date = '2020/10/25 12:67'

gatech.elevation = 4500.0

print(gatech)

print('LST:' gatech.sidereal_time())

LST: 20:54:30.92

However, online I checked for this time and location the LST is coming wrong. Please suggest me where I am wrong.

Perhaps the time is in UTC?
