Lightning is giving me mild rage

Howdy,

I finally had a storm or two come through and after finding I don't know how to spell lightning (not lightening) I grabbed a couple of strikes finally.  I have the lightning_strike_count graphing OK but lightning_distance is still baffling me.  I've tried aggregating avg, max, min, whatever but I can't get it to graph.  I've checked my DB and I can see the record in the archive_day_lightning_distance table.  Here's my skin.conf stanza for lightning...

        [[[yearlightning_distance]]]
            yscale = None, None, 0.01
            [[[[lightning_distance]]]]
                aggregate_type = avg
                aggregate_interval = month
                label = Avg Lightning Strike Distance

I have basically the same stanza with different aggregate_intervals for each of the other timeframes.  My live site is at https://weather.boggyhollowfarm.com if you want to see it live.

I've double checked my logs to make sure there are no errors when wee_config runs.

This is more of a weewx-user question actually, but you might want to read over there about other folks trying similar things.  Short answer is that you need to get the lightning into your db for starters so there's something to graph.   I'd recommend checking that first.
