Custom Progressive Vector graph

Good evening,

I have been integrating my Boltek LD250 into WeeWx, and finally have data flowing. I would like to create a Progressive Vector chart, but it looks like there is some custom vode that lives in WeeWx to make that possible.

Can someone help me to understand what it would take to create another vector chart for this new data?
