help need on an extension

Hi, 

I have gotten myself into making another extension to store sds011 pm data into the archive database.

Is there a doc that explains how I can properly extend the model with 2 extra columns, that will be used to the store my measurement, before I can push it via the restx extension?

Did you look at the section Adding a new type to the database in the Customizing Guide? If there's something that's not clear in there, let us know.

The next version of weewx will have a tool for making additions to the schema super easy.

Thank you very much for the super quick answer I started reading into last night.

I had already altered my schema in mysql to add the columns, so a little more digging is still required on my side to get this working.

 Il will then have questions later regarding how to properly package that as an installable extension.
