sdr driver and rtl_433

rtl_433 version 20.02-7-g83e3957 branch master at 202003012220 inputs file rtl_tcp RTL-SDR
rtl_433 version 19.08-20-g8463f65 branch feat-atlas at 201909251947 inputs file rtl_tcp RTL-SDR
had to make changes to sdr.py to get all my sensors most were the IDENTIFIER= example IDENTIFIER="Acurite Lightning 6045M" to "Acurite-6045M"
to get 276M sensor i copy and paste Acurite00275MPacket class to Acurite00276MPacket class and change temperature_probe to (obj, 'temperature_1_C')
and added pkt['humidity_probe'] = Packet.get_float(obj, 'humidity_1') to both
the 275M and 276M are outside and inside models

using WeeWX version 4.0.0b12

i use the feat-atlas (just got the atlas sensor)
