Since I'd helped Gary Roderick develop the weewx-extension, I had a full copy of the v0.1.11 release on Github where we'd collaborated.

I've posted the distribution at https://github.com/ktrue/weewx-saratoga

v0.1.11
- fixes for rctr.py for wind/gust speeds courtsey of John Bonsey
updates to install.py, readme.md to remove now missing links to gjr80 distributions

I'll continue to support and distribute this extension for use with the Saratoga templates.
