Happy St. Patty’s Weekend, Shenaninites!

First off, round of applause to Charnella for doing a great job at Shenanigans while I was gone :). I’m back… but not for that long, so if anyone is interested in taking over, let me know!

 

TODAY:

-          Vine & Dine at Art of Entertainment with A Culinary Touch of Ireland from 5:30-8:30pm. Live music, 6 wines, and food for $35 at the door, or $30 pre-registered - www.cincyartofentertaining.com

-          Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey: Dragons – at 7pm at US Bank Arena

 

SATURDAY:

-          St. Patty’s Day & CSL at Pavilion with $10 for 9 Green Beers and 1 shot of American Honey from 10am-2pm, plus an Irish band

-          St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at Fountain Square from 10am-10pm, complete with food and music

-          St Patrick’s Day Parade downtown at noon

-          Winter Hoedown at Gorman Heritage Farm from 5-8pm – an evening of square dancing, prizes, and food!

-          Last day the Know is showing “When the Rain Stops Falling” at 8pm

 

SUNDAY:

-          St Patrick’s Day Celebration at Washington Park from 10am-8pm with traditional Irish fare, merchandise, dancing and live entertainment. Free!

-          Lucky Charms, Irish Coffee, & Car Bombs  at Tap & Go from 10am

-          Asian Food Fest Cook Off: Rolls – at Findlay Market from 1-3pm. Free! You can donate to your favourite choice in support of Asian Food Fest

 

OTHER:

-          Cincinnati Reel Abilities – Disabilities Film Festival goes til Saturday, March 16^th. Check out showings here: http://www.cincyra.org/

-          “Opera and the Law” at Music Hall until March 19^th

-          Give Back Cincinnati Happy Hour at The Stand on Thursday, March 21^st from  6-9pm. For more info and to RSVP: http://www.givebackcincinnati.org/

-          Elementz 8^th Year Anniversary Celebration & Open House on Thursday, March 21^st from 5:30-8:30pm. Come enjoy positive Hip Hop and R&B music, thought provoking poetry, stunning street art and jaw dropping Hip Hop dance performances from some of the most talented young artists from across our city.  A $10.00 admission fee helps support ELEMENTZ programming, that helps support young inner-city artists.
