[Weed Manager]

Dear Calflora Weed Manager (WM) Community,

Today's WM discussion focused on the desire to label observations with tags/teams and to be able to query by these tags/teams. We didn't have time to finish this discussion, so we added it to the agenda for our next general Weed Manager meeting:
