adding "source" to your records

Dear WM Community,
To share your group's published records with anyone outside your group, assign a source to all of your records and then tell them what the source is.

From Group Observations

Group owners and/or czars go to TOOLS at the top of the page, then BATCH EDITOR. Fill in the Source field, e.g., "Sutter Co Ag Dept" and click APPLY.

Then customize your column set to include "Source" to see the change. 

Once you've specified your source, the public using Observation Search
Can see your group's published observations (minus any treatment info) if they put exactly the Source you did in the query field. If they try "Sutter County," it won't work, but "Sutter Co Ag Dept" will work.

Only access levels group owner or czar (NOT project czar) will be able to batch edit the source.
