Unable to create profile....

Hi, this is my second try at getting registered for the forums, etc.
since my old account will not let me in any more (says there's a
required field called "rules", but I have no way to get to the
field...)

I'm trying to create a new forum acct. but when I go here:
http://wednus.com/imod/profile.php?mode=profil&sub=profile_prefer&mod=0

There seem to be php / SQL errors.

When I try to go to register from other areas on the site, it seems to
try to redirect me to the login page again.

Hi. Andrew and Wednus family,
first of all, I want to apologize all the trouble.
the day before yesterday, we have upgraded our forum s/w and realized
there is compatibility issue b/w new forum engine and the old skin
template we were using.
also, this new version of the forum s/w now requires 4to5 more options
for the purpose of enforcing security, so all forum users should fill
out these additional entries when they login next time.

we have upgraded the skin tonight and now it seems o.k., but if you
could find any further errors, please help us by reporting the issue.

again, sorry for all hassles.
