Wechaty: Regarding adding some information to the References section

Hi Shraddha & Soumi,

I am contacting you regarding the Using Plugin with Wechaty page which was under Tutorials. But this page has some information about the plugins in a format that would be better suited in the References section.

Recently, there was a conversation with the volunteers regarding this, and Simin suggested to create tutorials for a few plugins. But the entire list of plugins can be included in the References section.

So, we have decided to create tutorials for the plugins mentioned below:

• Event Logger plugin
• QR Code Terminal plugin
• Message Awaiter plugin

And the entire list can be present inside the References section along with some technical information about them, on a page called Plugins.

Would you people be able to include this page under References?
