Dear Rohitesh,

We have received the finalization evaluation request from Google, could you please help the Wechaty community to submit our case study by following the guidance in the mail?

At the same time, Google said that we have two opportunities to share the overall experiences from the community perspective, and from the technical writers perspective.

It would be great if you can submit the overall experiences on behalf of our Wechaty community, and invite technical writers from our community to share their experiences of themselves.

The project finalization phase of Season of Docs starts now for all projects. Project finalization is an important part of your Season of Docs project; now is the time to package up your work and write your case study.

The case study submission form is at this link: https://goo.gle/32lvB5M. The form is also available in the organization administrator guide. See the information about creating a case study and use the case study template, and the sample case study, as guides to create your own project's case study.

In this phase you also have the opportunity to write an evaluation of your overall experience in Season of Docs; this evaluation will help us improve the program. The evaluation form is at this link: https://goo.gle/32lvB5M and is also available in the organization administrator guide.

Please submit your case study and final project evaluation by November 30, 2021 at 18:00 UTC. See the full timeline on the Season of Docs website.

[OPTIONAL] The Season of Docs team is also interested in learning about technical writers’ experience in the program and would appreciate you sharing this survey with your tech writer(s). Please note, it must be submitted by November 30, 2021 at 18:00 UTC.

I'm so glad to hear from you and know that you have started drafting our case study on behalf of the Wechaty community already, really appreciate it.

It would be great if we can also publish the case study final report on our website as a blog post after you finish it because the case study is one of the most important milestones of our GSoD'21 Wechaty project, it's also very memorable and valuable for the whole community.
