Get Out the Vote- WeChangeLA's 6,000 Call Challenge
Over two years ago, we all met and organized an unparalleled phone bank effort from the North Hollywood Park and our campaign offices in Van Nuys. Last week, we returned to the park and renewed our call(s) for change. We made nearly 2,000 calls. Our goal next week is to triple that number in order to have a true impact in key races. WeChangeLA's work is needed, and we need your help to make our ambitious goal. The easiest way to boost the number of calls is to increase our number of callers ... why not invite a friend to join you at the park this Saturday? Just think: more fun, more calls, more impact.
We're working with the President's organizing team, Organizing for America, to make calls into crucial districts. The outcome in these races will determine whether President Obama has the votes in Congress to move America forward or if we'll face two years of stonewalling by the party of "No." That means we must make sure that folks get out to vote. This is the final weekend before the election. It's our final chance to have an impact. Will you join us?
