Phone Bank Saturday 10/16: Help WeChangeLA Defeat Prop 23

Please join WeChangeLA on Saturday, October 16th as we team up with volunteers from the Sierra Club to protect our environment, save green jobs, and encourage the growth of California's clean energy industry by defeating California Ballot Proposition 23.

Proponents of Prop 23 want to exploit the current economic downturn by using it as an excuse to suspend enforcement of California's landmark environmental legislation, AB 32. Despite strong evidence showing that AB 32 actually creates green jobs in California and helps our economy grow, the out of state oil companies behind Prop 23 want to convince voters that suspending AB 32 makes economic sense for California.

Let's call California voters to tell them the truth about Prop 23 and encourage Democratic voters to make it to the polls this November!
