On the auspicious occasion of the Fifth General Assembly, the Executive
Committee of Water and Energy Consultants� Association, Nepal (WECAN) has
decided to award a person who has contributed for the development of
Micro-hydropower in Nepal.
Therefore, I would like to kindly request your auspicious presence in the
WECAN-Fifth AGM which is going to be held on 13th December, 2013 (Mangsir
28, 2070 B. S.) at 1 pm at Trade Tower Complex, Thapathali, Kathmandu.
