Plz guide me how to increase the session timeout time. it expires too many times. plz guide how to increase this time???

You can change the session time out in PHP or CakePHP settings.

There is no security.level or session.timeout in the core.php file. what to do now??? plz guide???

Change it in php settings - php.ini file

A simple google search on "php.ini session timeout change" will solve your problem.
