How to attach file in each row in add entry form

Dear Prashant,

I have add file attachment in my webzash with you guidance. but

I want to attach file in each entry row.....or with each ledger account row.....with each account debit and each account credit....in new entry form???

Your attachment code is giving error when updating any entry in entriescontroller.php on line 808.

When i edit any entry with image uploading or without image uploading it gives error in entriescontroller.php on line 808.

Kindly provide me a solution for that..Thanks

Also you need to make changes to the account database.

Anyother request is that vouchers numbers should start from 1 for every month. Kindly guide me how to do this?????

Every month should have its own voucher numbers starting from 1 again.
