Client is seeking for a Lead Business Analyst who will serve as a servant leader for a team of 8 to 10 Business Analysts. You will remove obstacles, coach their growth, and promote strong BA practices.

Skill Required
Business Analysis - Expert level knowledge in business analysis functions (requirements, stakeholder management, testing, etc) - Required 10
Leadership - Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading and guiding experienced teams. - Required 7
Communication - Effectively conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical teams at various levels of an organization - Required 7
Stakeholder Management - Ability to build and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders within the organization - Required 7
Support - Guide and help experienced professionals in achieving their goals and support in removing obstacles. - Required 7
