Role: Java API Developer

Location: Charlotte NC

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Descriptions:

·       10+ years of experience in Java EE design and development preferred Java 8 but not mandatory.

·       10+ years of experience in REST API & Springboot design and development

·       Knowledge in API security risks and microservices resilience

·       Good to have GraphQL implementation knowledge

·       Experienced in Git, Jira, Jenkins, and test automation

 

Responsibilities:

·       Implement and deploy API solutions while demonstrating expertise in a number of areas including cloud computing, API design and development, Design, build, and maintain features end-to-end in the business banking platform

·       You would ensure the technical designs are clear, well thought out, and considers dependencies, failure states, maintainability, testability and ease of support

·        You would contribute to the architecture of a complex online banking platform.

·        You would be working on migrating our microapps to Azure cloud platform.

·        You would make design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront.

·        Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards.

·        Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.

·        Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
