Role Overview
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-value product capabilities across:
· Insurance platforms
· Finance systems
· Digital applications
The role serves as the bridge between:
· Business stakeholders
· Technology teams
· External vendors/partners
This position operates within an Agile environment and focuses on delivering scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions aligned with business and regulatory goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
· Own and manage the product backlog
· Define:
o User stories
o Acceptance criteria
o Functional requirements
· Prioritize features based on:
o Business value
o Customer impact
o Regulatory requirements
· Drive end-to-end delivery using:
o Agile
o Scrum
o SAFe methodologies
· Participate in Agile ceremonies:
o Sprint Planning
o Grooming
o Reviews
o Retrospectives
Stakeholder & Business Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
· Collaborate with:
o Product Managers
o Business SMEs
o Development teams
o QA teams
o Vendors / third-party partners
· Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
· Align product roadmap with enterprise objectives
Insurance Domain Responsibilities
Support initiatives related to:
Life Insurance Products
· Term Insurance
· Final Expense
· Annuities
Insurance Operations
· Policy administration
· Underwriting
· Claims
· Servicing platforms
· Work with insurance data flows and policy lifecycle systems
Technology & Digital Initiatives
Collaborate with engineering teams on:
Integrations & Platforms
· APIs
· Data platforms
· Reporting solutions
· CRM systems (Salesforce)
Modernization Projects
· Cloud transformation (AWS / Azure)
· Digital experience platforms
· Workflow automation tools
Governance, Risk & Reporting
· Track KPIs and product performance metrics

· Provide executive-level status reporting
