Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development and NICE CXone platform to design, implement, and optimize scalable contact center solutions.


Core Responsibilities

Cloud & Platform Engineering

  • Design, implement, and maintain modern cloud-native applications and platforms
  • Improve and uphold technical standards, coding practices, and development best practices
  • Evaluate and pilot new technologies and industry innovations

NICE CXone Implementation

  • Design and implement scalable NICE CXone solutions, including:
    • ACD
    • IVR
    • Auto Dialer
    • Omni Channel
    • Studio
    • Interaction Analytics
    • WFM (Workforce Management)
    • CRM Integrations
    • LiveVox Dialer
    • Medallia Surveys
    • Auto Attendant
  • Develop custom scripts and integrations using NICE CXone Studio
  • Implement call/chat workflows, dashboards, reports, and training solutions

Integration & Development

  • Build, test, and troubleshoot API-based integrations and web services
  • Develop solutions using:
    • C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
  • Perform unit and system testing to ensure:
    • Performance
    • Scalability
    • Reliability

Stakeholder & Solution Leadership

  • Lead discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Present technical solutions, demos, and value propositions to executive stakeholders

Contact Center & Business Optimization

  • Apply knowledge of:
    • Contact center KPIs
    • Workforce optimization
    • AI/IVR integrations
    • Quality management tools
  • Drive business analysis and process optimization within contact center environments
