First, Thank-you for giving something of value to all. Hopefully you
will be rewarded ten times over.

In reading through posts and learnng of your product, I find myself
frustrated with not knowing which build you are talking about when you
say there is an issue and it willget fixed in next release, or next
week. It would be very helpful to say Version 1.20.1234 has this
issue, and future issues will fix it, or whatever you get the
philospophy behind the thought I hope.

Also, you may want to have a professional proof read your website. I
saw three grammer mistakes (I'm no scholar so don't point a finger
back at me please).
I tell you that becasue although I am buying into your story and the
tools and all of what you do. My confidence and enthusiasm was
somewhat chipped away at. Please don't take offense, I am kidding here
a bit, but my reaction was "oh boy, another off shore company trying
to promote widgets they did on some big project of theirs, probably
without the knowledge of those they did the job for". Now I don't
think this is the case, believe me. But when I see glaring errors, it
makes you wonder who the heck is proofing your stuff to make sure you
come accross well.
Our company has the world's largest source of information for Index
Funds Investments and there is one a team of four working on all the
content, updates, facts, graphs, animations, charts, etc...and we work
hard to be as certain as we can that we get it right.

First, thank you for thanking us for giving you these free tools :)

Second, we understand the frustration around the versioning. We're a small team right now, so it's been our focus to get the basic functionality out the door and in people's hands first. After this coming release (I'll be putting it on the site this weekend come hell or high water), we will be focusing PRIMARILY on documentation and setting up a public facing issue tracking system, community forums, etc...

Third... please tell me what grammar mistakes or "glaring errors" you have found on our website and I will get them corrected immediately.

Fourth, these tools are much more than "widgets". We are offering a complete RIA development and automation toolkit.

Finally, we are located in Appleton, WI, so I'm not sure what you mean by "offshore" - unless you are overseas, in which case I would call you offshore :)

Hopefully, you are finding our free tools useful. Stay tuned and please be patient; I assure you, we are working hard.
