Hi ,

Need GC/GC-EAD/TN/Citizens

Position: QA Test Analyst/Lead

Location: Worcester, MA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Qualifications:

· Analyze and understand ETL mapping requirements/TDDs/Modeling/Meta data documents and be able to translate those requirements into written test plans, detailed test cases and complex test SQL scripts.

· Optimize the ETL/Extract/Reporting test cases as per best DWH industry testing practices

· Deliver assigned the assigned tasks on time with quality.

· Maintain requirements traceability matrix using Quality Center tool.

· Create and execute the test scripts in Quality Center tool.

· Adhere to the project plan and customer’s quality process

· Peer review the different test deliverables from QA team members

· Provide the test effort estimates on different QA tasks.

· Provide the direction and support to offshore QA team members and coworkers at onsite on different tracks daily basis.

· Interact with business users and incorporate business scenarios into ETL testing

· Produce various test reports based on test planning, execution and defect process.

· Provide daily and weekly status report to the program management

· Flexible to be a test lead in driving the assigned track and as a senior test analyst by doing core test activities

· Weekend and extra hours support is expected

· Must be available onsite on all the working days and preferred to be local

Additional Qualifications:

· Experience in testing Business object reports.

· Hands on experience in Quality Center testing tool.

· Clear communication skills * including the ability to communicate large amounts of information in a clear format. Also must be able to listen effectively, incorporate various viewpoints and opinions into a solution, then gain consensus among project stakeholders

· Experience in Health care industry is preferred.

· BS degree in Computer Science or related program is desired

· Must be available onsite on all the working days and preferred to be local.

· QAT Solution Architecture - Test Strategy Creation

· Data Migration - Data Quality Analysis

· SQL

· ETL Testing

· Strong experience of building test strategies, test plans & Traceability matrix
