IBM ILog Developer for Development and Maintenance & Support

Job Requirement
- Lead iLog business rule development activities
· Define Rules methodology, templates, lifecycle, standards
· Rule grouping into packages
· Rule authoring in iLOG
· Define decision table
· Verify if business terms are part of the logical data model
· Rule validation using scenario manager
· Java/Eclipse programming
· Rule project creation and rule development with BOM
· B2X mapping using function tasks (customization in rule modeling
· Programming using BRLDF concepts
· Interface mechanisms
· iLOG customization
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience required.
· Experience with Rule Team server or working in environment where rules development is shared
· Experience with functional testing using ILOG Rule Scenario Manager, SOAP UI
· Experience with rules deployed and implementation as decision services
· Experience with using dynamic BOM (based on XML/WSDL)
· Domain experience in Pension and Annuities
· iLOG Certification is a PLUS
·Experience with InfoPath forms
· Candidate should have 3 years of Sr Java/J2EE development experience
· Good working knowledge of object oriented design. · Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) . The candidate must show success in developing new rule applications as well as maintaining existing rules.
· Excellent communication and written skills are required.
· Must be self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
· Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
· Strong analysis, design, system integration skills, and development experience
· Testing/debugging skills
