Please check the below requirement and respond back to me.

Title: Sr. JAVA Lead

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities:
Authoring design specifications containing pseudocode, class and/or sequence diagrams.
Creating & executing unit test plans & unit test scripts. Writing new software in Java/J2EE.
Debugging & taking ownership of previously written software in Java/J2EE.

Needs:

Need Strong Lead Experience
5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE. Recent experience with Restful web services, SOAP, XML, JAX-RS, Jersey, JSON, XML, JUnit, JMeter, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, IntelliJ and design patterns, Performance Tuning, Build Tool, such as, IOC (Inversion Of Control), DI (Dependency Injection), Service Provider, Service Locator, etc. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
Ability to communicate design rationale.
Ability to prioritize & manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop new approaches to design problems.
Must be organized & have an eye for detail.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required

Additional Information
Must be willing to travel up to 25% to Milwaukee, WI
