Summer HOA Meeting

Hi Trustees

What is the date of our summer HOA meeting is planned? Would love to get it on the calendar. Also do we have any information about the new family in the Tlapek's old house. I would like to give them the notepad welcome gift but I don't know their names. 

Lastly, not sure if this google group email list has been updated and I'm not well versed in Google to know where it even exists or else I would have checked. lol Wondering if we can get a neighborhood text thread or even another app like Whats App or GroupMe, etc started, since people are more responsive to that.
