Dear Hood:

I am writing to apologize in advance for the waste management bagster that’s been in front of our house this week. It’s a great service but somehow the pick up is not very precise. Our bag should’ve been picked up after 2 to 3 days ( by Thursday ) maximum and now Waste Management is unresponsive. I hope that they still come around today and pick up the bag so that it’s not here all weekend but I fear that it will be left until next week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
