Job Description
Our client is a retail company and this is for the Tokenization project
for their stores.  The ideal candidate will have experience in test
planning and execution in Rational Test Suite.   Experience as a Test Lead
required.  Experience with Tokenization, POS, PCI or retail.
Additional skills include:

*       Support the team on strategizing the test scenarios

*       Create the test scripts

*       Review scenarios with the project team to ensure their scenario is
captured as expected

*       Ensure appropriate data is included within test scenarios

*       Coordinate end to end scenarios with other functional teams

*       Support the business during integration testing

*       Support the business during regression testing

*       Manage the interface relations with other system QA environments

*       Coordinate with the team leads to ensure defects are being
resolved in a timely manner

*       Provide support for resolution of defects

*       Support documentation activities

*       Attend testing meetings

*       Status reporting

PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

*       Experience in integration, regression, security, and user
acceptance testing

*       Experience in working under pressure

*       Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

*       Team oriented/collaborative work style

*       Works well in fast-paced environment
