Closing connection takes lots of time

Hi,

On an active connection (either client or server), when I call  connection<config>::close()  API  then it takes several seconds (e.g. 4 seconds or even more) until receiving on_close handler and run() function exits.

Does it really need to be that slow? Can it perform the closure sequence faster (e.g. ~100 ms at most)?
