Hire or not to hire?

Hello everyone! Our company has a need for a couple of developers. And a dilemma has arisen: should we look for full-time specialists or hire freelancers / outsource devs? Share your opinion, pls

If you need one-time help with a project or you don't have the budget to hire a full-time specialist, then I would consider outsourcing specialists or IT staff augmentation.
