Location(State/city):Virginia VA/MCLEAN
Duration: 9+ months

Requirement Details:

Project: Next Gen PC - Moving apps from WinXP to Win7, testing them on the new OS

Day to Day:

Here is a brief description of what I am looking for in a test engineer. ( Mid Level 3-7 Years)

1) Strong knowledge and testing/user experience of Windows 7 applications (some examples):

MSOffice software
Helios TextPad
Adobe Products
JRE
Media Products

2) Strong testing experience in Rational Development/Testing Tools:

Rational ClearQuest

Rational ClearCase

3) Positive self-image, able to perform in a changing environment, independently motivated

Good at problem solving/troubleshooting (strong technical background)

Able to manage time efficiently

Solid understanding of the testing life cyle Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
