Hi,

On a new ASP.net project, I added a reference to the JQueryUI
extension version 2.3 (latest download).
I then copy and pasted from the online sample and I keep getting the
following error. Any ideas what maybe causing this?

Thanks

Terry

Hi Terry,
I was not able to reproduce your issue using the the latest WebSharper
and extensions available. According to your error message, you are
trying to run an example for formlets for jqueryUI. Please make sure
you added references to both the IntelliFactory.WebSharper.JQueryUI
and IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Formlet.JQueryUI dlls for the WebSharper
project and the web application project.

Cheers,
Joel

Hi Joel,

Thanks, I downloaded the extension for
IntelliFactory.WebSharper.JQueryUI, and added a reference to it.

I now get the following errors.

Warning 1 0 : Failed to reflect method InputDatepicker on type
IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Formlet.JQueryUI.Controls:
System.InvalidOperationException: Could not bind function
UtilsProvider in type IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Formlet.Data EXEC 1 1
WebSharperProject

Error 2 0 : [static SearchFlight
[WebSharperProject.JQueryUIFormlets]]: Failed to translate a method
call: static InputDatepicker(option<Date>)
[IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Formlet.JQueryUI.Controls] EXEC 1 1
WebSharperProject

Error 3 0 : [static InputDatepicker(option<Date>)
[IntelliFactory.WebSharper.Formlet.JQueryUI.Controls]]: Missing
JavaScriptAttribute. EXEC 1 1 WebSharperProject

Is there anything else I need to reference.

Thanks,

Terry

Hi again,
sorry for late response. This is indeed a problem. It's due to a a
discrepancy between the latest available WS and jQuery UI formlet
extension. To fix, please uninstall your formlets for jQuery UI
extension and download and install this one in it's place:
http://websharper.com/extension/358-f-jqui/Some/2.3.23

Thanks,
Joel

Hi Terry,

Apologies again. We have just rolled out a new update for WebSharper
and all extensions. I specifically tested your scenario using the
latest installers and it seems to work for me. Let us know if you have
further problems.

Thanks,

Anton
