Must-haves

7+ years of Business Analysis experience in a Healthcare company

5+ years of requirements gathering with a PBM company

Strong understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) guidelines: Specialty Pharmacy, Mail Order Pharmacy, Rebate Programs, etc...

Role:

Meet with C-Level Directors, VPs, Sr. Managers regarding Business Unit needs

Gather Business Unit Requirements over upgrades to system for various PBM Business Units- Specialty Pharmacy, Mail Order Pharmacy, etc.
