Hi all, i'm having some trouble with Websecurify crashing. This
happens with version 7 and 6. I really need some assistance has this
is an important assessment and i don't understand the causes.

The web site testes is in the format intranet.company.pt Of course you
cand understandthat "intranet" and "company" are symbolic names. This
has no www prefix. Is that the cause of the problems? I don't really
think so as i've already tested similar applications.

If you need more details please ask me and if possible i will give
them.

Best regards.

I think this is part of a bug which is fixed now. A new release will
be out pretty soon. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Ok, i will patiently wait for the new version. ;)
I hope it solves my problem, the crashing occurs in the final stage, i
think around 98% or something and when scanning for SOAP
vulnerabilities. From where i stand, it seams like an infinite loop,
but can't tell for sure.. :S

Thank you so much for the answer.

I think it's always nice to hear when our work is being recognized,
and this Websecurify team is really a great job, thank you for this
software :) Congratulations!

Best regards

just another heads up, trying this on backtrack 4 R1, also with
websecurify 7 i got this little nice error after like...2 min of
scanning

root@bt:~/websecurify7/Websecurify 0.7# ./websecurify
Segmentation fault

So this might really be a bug of the scanner.

Best regards!

Thanks for the feedback. Crashes are strange things in xulrunner
land... we will do our best to get rid of them in the next release.
