My desigred website is not loading in parseHub preview

Hello everybody, I want to parse

via ParseHub, But the website don't load in the preview window. I'm using free version and don't know if it's some script on the website that is blocking me or firewall on the server? 

could you assist me with this plz?

Usually it's because the ParseHub browser is still too old to deal with these sites. Try writing to them at https://www.parsehub.com/contact but they'll probably say the same thing a few days later.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us! I'm afraid @Andrew11 is correct. The current version of the browser the current Parsehub client uses has lost support for some websites as the web technology standards for website building has continued to evolve. We are aware of the issue and our engineers are hard at work in the end-stages of building a brand new client, featuring a modernized chromium-based browser. When the new client becomes available, issues like this should be a thing of the past. We expect it will be released in the next few months. Unfortunately, at this time we will have to wait until that day comes.

I don't know too many alternatives yet but I've been using the Zyte Data API + Scrapy for sites like these. You might also try Octoparse (I don't know how recent their browser is.) Good luck!
