Here if my arrays index is greater than 1 only then I want to process with go_to_template.

How can I access my arrays index in the for loop? In test mode it is never going to the go to template command. Whats wrong here?

I think it's just $index in a loop, but if it's in a Select, you call it $selection.index. Let me know!
