Parsehub not selecting more than one worker for my project.

I'm trying to scrape a website but when I run it parsehub only works with one worker though there is other workers available.

1) are you on a paid plan, and

2) are you using regular clicks or AJAX ones?

If free plan there's one worker max; if AJAX I think it never opens new workers. Also check project settings to make sure max workers = 0.

1.yes I'm using paid plan.
2.I'm using normal clicks.

Try using the support chat feature (open your project and click button at lower right) -- they can see your code directly... you can also export your project to a file and compress it to zip file and post it here, if that's safe.
