Scaping a specific hotel

Hi everyone. I am about to buy an apartment in a hotel complex and take it out of their pool to run myself through AirBnB etc. I want to make sure I am setting the optimum prices so want to be able to see all their prices across a time period. For example, I would like to see their prices for a three night stay in each of their room categories for every possible check-in date over a three month period. Is this possible?

I have run and understood the tutorial example that gets prices from multiple hotels for a specific date search, but this hotel will be my main competitor so I want to at least start there and see their prices over the time period. Cheers.

Sure, it's possible. You'll need to load at least 88 days * num categories pages, so the free plan probably won't do it. A lot of hotel sites use a calendar widget to choose check-in / check-out dates, and that can make things harder vs having a text field where you can have the scraper type in dates. Also I imagine you might find there's anti-scraping measures similar to the ones Expedia has (otherwise it might be a good alternate choice to scrape Expedia). Can you post the URL of the hotel site or is that confidential?

Thanks for the reply Andrew. A Parsehub employee (thanks Melissa!) showed me how to do a loop and upload a list of dates and I've now successfully got it to give me the data I need, and gained a greater understanding of the tool to make tweaks.

Sounds good! Don't forget to Run (not Test Run) occasionally while you're developing it, as that's where the anti-scraping measures show up is when it's running in the cloud.
