Not scraping for each item in a list

Hello, I am attempting to scrape a website where there is a list of names and I am trying to have each list clicked on and then subsequently scrape information off of the secondary page. This will do this for most of the list but for some items it will not scrape the secondary page. It also seems to rotate which names get scraped from scan to scan. Any suggestions?
