Issue with scraping website that requires login

Hello. 

I'm trying to scrape a directory that requires login. I did everything in the tutorial  (https://www.parsehub.com/blog/web-scrape-login) and it all seemed fine except for the last step in the set up, which is the "Click" command that clicks the submit button (after username and password have been added to their respective fields).

That last Click command successfully creates a new template, as it's supposed to BUT the logged-in homepage never displays! And that's the page where I need to scrape from, but it just displays a blank area.

Any any ideas anyone? Thanks very much in advance!
