Slow or Run Results Take Forever

I am new to using ParseHub and it is an amazing tool. I have started using it for about 7 days and in the earlier days I could run a project and get results almost immediately, I am using the free option. Of late I noticed that the results (or the runs) were taking longer and longer or it would say Queued... But then the projects are forever queued, right now I have projects that are over 18 hours queued... At first I thought may be it was because there were many products to scrape (many I mean less than 100 products, with a max of 10 pages), but then I tested with one product using 3 templates, each template scraping one or 2 items and minimal clicks...

Example: Scraping from Amazon.com - Starting URL is to a product url, and the project is to scrape the title (only), go down to reviews and click on reviews to go the reviews page, then scrape the rating on the page, then select recent reviews, next scrape 1 review with author, review title and review url...

That was last night I ran this project, 13 hours later it is still queued... but it was not like this when I started with the tool...

Is there perhaps a problem?
