Issue with Video call on symmetric NAT

We are facing issues in achieving video call when both of parties of the call are on different organization network( symmetric NAT).

 

In such situations video call connection setup happens using STUN and TURN servers.

 

We need someone who can guide us in using them, selecting them and configuring them.

Pick one of the popular opensource STUN/TURN servers: coturn [1] or restund [2].   Follow the instructions in their websites to install them and configure their urls/credentials in the iceServers parameter when creating the PeerConnection object.
