P2P video is moving back and forth (shaking) on screen

Hi guys, 

We are using one android phone (Phone#1) as p2p video source, using another Android phone (Phone#2) or iPhone (iPhone#3) to establish P2P video. On Phone #2 or #3, the video is shaking.

Please see attached.

 

Did someone see this issue before? what's the potential cause?
