Editing mouse scrolling directions

I have created some views, but when I am not on edit mode and I want to use my mouse for scrolling down the page (the page/view) is long), instead of scrolling, it moves automaticly to the next view... How can I make it just scroll? (The access to the next view will be only via a button, not with scrolling anyways).
