Automate change password

Is it possible to automate password change after the session ended? This is to ensure the user with the previous password can no longer access after the given "range" time.

Just changing it in the tool wouldn't be hard. The problem is changing the password on the remote system. That is a very hard problem that only commercial credential management systems are going to implement.
