"Appearance" Menu missing from Word Press & Language Code not Displayed

1) For three of our Nepal Dictionaries (Majhi, Lhomi,Sunuwar ) there is no "Appearance" in the WordPress menu on the left pane, the other languages all have that menu option.
Is that something the local admin can enable or do we need a Webonary admin to do that?
2) On the Nepal language dropdown menu (Webonary Main Page) one of the Nepal Dictionaries (Lhomi [lhm]) does not display the language code in braces after the language name. The other languages all display the language code. Is that something the local admin can enable or do we need a Webonary admin to do that?
