semantic domains are empty

I show the Semantic Domains on my webonary.org/dailu. On my last upload most (but not all) of the semantic domains show as just a dash. I can't figure out if this is coming from Fieldworks our if it is a problem in Webonary.

Is anybody else having this?

Bill,

The first thing I would check is how the same entries appear when you are in the Dictionary view in your FLEx project. If you see "dashes only" there, then it's a display configuration issue in FLEx. Maybe you have a different view selected than you've used in the past, or maybe a configuration setting got changed somewhere. If it looks correct in the Dictionary view, try the upload again, making sure that the view selected in the upload dialog is the same one selected in the Dictionary view.

Here I've underlined where the view is found in the Dictionary view:

And here is where it's selected in the upload dialog:

If the two don't match, the way the data is displayed on Webonary will likely be different than the way it is displayed in the Dictionary view in FLEx.

It looks fine in Flex. I have reloaded it into Webonary several times. I am using the same "Webonary Root-based" view that I have always used. Everything else looks the same as always except for the Semantic Domain links. I can't figure it out.

It seems like you have uncovered a bug. Thank you! We have documented it (https://github.com/sillsdev/webonary/issues/582) and added it to the high priority list to be addressed. I will let you know when it has been fixed.

Hi Verna,

Thank you for making this wonderful product and a way to publish out dictionaries.

I still think the most urgent bug is the searches. I searched just now for the word ᦠᧆ on my dailu Webonary site. It gave me six pages of answers, but the entry with ᦠᧆ as the headword wasn't until page 5!
