Kronos Performance Tester

Dearborn, MI

Long Term

 

Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Hands on experience  in three major areas, including: Performance testing with HP Load Runner, QA testing experience and ability to communicate with all levels of an organization

·         Provide testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure systems are compliant with requirements and can perform well in production

·         Independently develop test scripts using any of the LoadRunner protocols, create test scenarios and execute tests

·         Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and write test reports.

·         Coordinate with other testers to resolve test problems and ensure customer satisfaction

·         Communicate directly with government staff orally and in writing to plan testing and to report results

·         Translates Non-functional requirements  into performance test cases and Loadrunner scripts

·         Simulate multiple users to measure, define, validate and maintain optimal application performance, scalability * and reliability

·         Develops and executes Load and performance test plans and scripts utilizing Loadrunner and processe

·         Assists in identifying and documenting performance issues across applications.

·         Initiative and proven ability to independently work on projects to completion.

·         Evaluates the performance  of the provided solution, service or product against agreed acceptance criteria.

·         Implements and sustains continuous process improvements.

·         Detailed knowledge on analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for testability

 

Skill set requirements (Must have):

·         Strong working knowledge of the subject area for the assigned program

·         Excellent Communicator with Business Partners, User Community and Key Stakeholders

·         Expert knowledge/experience with all of the following technologies: Windows and other technologies including: SQL , JBOSS

·         Ability to develop solid rapport/gain confidence with Business Partners and Senior Leadership Team

·         Ability to quickly and accurately scope projects/develop solid estimates and interpret ambiguous data

·         Ability to adapt and mentor team members of varying experience levels

·         Working knowledge of Kronos

·         Experience working in a Global/ NA Environment
