Position: Scrum Master
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12+Months

NEED 2 TIME SLOT ON Tuesday 10/25/2016 {Between9.30-5.00 PM}

Job Description:-
•        Scrum master is a facilitator and servant leader to the team
•        Removes any impediments that stops the team from moving ahead
•        Communicative and social- scum master must be able to communicate well with teams
•        Facilitate all the agile ceremonies like- Daily stand-ups, Iteration planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Refinement/ Grooming and even big room planning.
•        Helps Product owner with story structure, priority and refinement

Roles:-

•        Helps the team create definition of ready and definition of done
•        Coaches team on agile /scrum concepts
•        Must have attitude to empower the team to self organization
•        Understand the basic fundamentals of software development process and procedures
•        Understands the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
•        Scrum master must understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, capacity and task definition
